Payment:

We accept all major credit cards and checks.

Payment is due within 30 days of the shipping date.

 

Turnaround Time:

Our turnaround time is usually 3-5 days. For orders that

include handmade ceramics the turnaround could be

up to 4 weeks depending on the time of year and what is

in stock. Let us know if you need your order sooner and

we will see what we can do.

 

Handmade Products:

Please keep in mind that our ceramic products are

handmade and there will be some variability in size,

shape and color as we create each piece one at a time.

 

Shipping:

We ship via USPS from our studio in Portland, Maine.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the retailer

and will be included your shipping costs on your invoice.

If anything is damaged during shipping, please

photograph the damage and let us know immediately

so we can replace it and file a claim with the carrier.

 

Returns and Cancellations

Orders can be changed until the order ships but we ask

that cancellations happen within 24 hours of placing your

order. For returns or damages, please let us know within

5 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned

unopened, unused and in any original packaging.

 

Exclusivity

We care deeply about our partnerships and take care in

respecting the proximity of our shops. We want to cultivate

healthy, strong wholesale relationships that benefit each

of us equally. We only offer exclusivity on an individual basis

and will consider other shops in your area if you don't

reorder within 6 months.
