Payment

I’m not picky about how you pay, just ask that I don’t have to awkwardly hound you for it, because I would much rather be drawing or playing with my kiddo! Checks or all major credit cards are great.

 

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is usually 3-5 days. Ceramics can take 2-4 weeks because handmade can’t (yet) defy the laws of time. Often I have work in stock, but sometimes I’m mid process and it takes a bit to get to the finished products. Let me know if you need your order sooner and I’ll see what I can do!

 

Handmade Products

I’m a perfectionist and also a human. Handmade means everything comes out with a little humanness to it, so colors and shapes will vary slightly and I try to love this about the process.

 

Shipping

Shipping is the bummer of getting you my goods! I ship via USPS from my studio in Portland, Maine. You get to pay for shipping (yay!) but I always add in some extra product for you to help ease the pain. We all need a little extra help sometimes. I pack orders like my life depends on it but again, humanness, so if anything is damaged please let me know so I can make it right.

 

Returns and Cancellations

Things happen, so if you need to change your order let me know. If you need to cancel your order (bugger!) I can handle it as long as I haven’t started working on it yet, so let me know and we can chat. For returns or damages let me know quickly so we can make the world right again! All items must be returned unopened, unused and in any original packaging so someone else can use it!
