How do I care for my pottery?
You can put our pots in the dishwasher although handwashing will help your pieces last longer. They can also go in the microwave but they do get hot so take them out carefully! Avoid putting them in the oven and subjecting them to extreme temperature shifts.
What is your process?
All pots are thrown on a potter’s wheel with an earthenware clay and then hand painted in our vibrant colors and designs. They are then top coated with a clear glaze to protect the piece and create the glossy finish.
Our Maine ornaments and magnets are hand built starting with a slab roller then hand cut, carefully dried so they don’t warp, hand painted and after all of this and two firings in the kiln they are ready for you!
We have recently started creating designs digitally and are so excited to be creating other products with designs that don’t lend themselves to ceramics.
Can I return my order?
Ceramic and Paper Lines:
Sometimes the things we get in the mail aren't quite what we were expecting. We produce quality items with love and integrity and believe you will love them as much as we do. If you don't, we will give you a full refund and pay for return shipping. Please let us know within 14 days if you aren't in love with your items!
Our clothing line is created through an outside printing company and each item is made just for you! If there is an issue with the quality of your item please contact us so that we can find a solution.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
We pack our orders with the utmost care, but if your item arrives damaged please take photos of the piece and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
How quickly will my item ship?
All of our ceramic products are in stock if they are available on our website so your item should ship within 2-3 days. Your package will ship through USPS or UPS and arrive within 3-5 days once it is shipped. If you need your order sooner, please contact us about expedited shipping.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! We will happily wrap your order and ship it without an invoice and with a special message if you would like! Leave a message for us in the notes section when you check out!
